Non-profit organization is an organization which their vision is not to gain profit like others organization or business but to serve the public. NGO in Indonesia has grown rapidly since the transformation era. NGO is divided into 2, NGO that have the money from local donor or NGO that have the money from other countries. NGO work together and rise up the theme or issues that important. Having a donation program is one program that NGO would like to do. The Information technology is not only for some people but everyone should have the change to have it. Non-profit organizations also gain knowledge of relationship management for better managing the relations with the donors and aid recipients as well as knowledge about current technology trends. After running for five years, the forum is re-NGO Connection Day organized by the Microsoft Community Affairs globally. In Southeast Asia, the forum was organized by 10 subsidiaries, including Microsoft Indonesia.

A total of 30 nonprofit organizations joined the software donation program initiated by Microsoft Indonesia. Drajat Panjawi, Director of Corporate Affairs of PT Microsoft Indonesia said nonprofits are required to fast in the present report can be facilitated by information technology business. “Microsoft technology is no longer owned by the corporate world and IT professionals only, this is what encouraged us to invite the managers of nonprofit agencies to participate in the software donation program,” he said. Drajat said through Microsoft Unlimited Potential, the institute began work provides an opportunity for everyone in improving and maintaining the sustainability of social life and economy.

Microsoft plans to give to any nonprofit institution an effective overview of information technology for nonprofit organizations, Microsoft’s community programs that can be followed by a segment of it, including tips on building relationships with the media, social networking and online tools to learn more about how to use social media to communicate more effectively.
